Where are you located?
The studio is located at 1299 3rd Ave, in the Q3 Creative Hub building. The studio is on the upper floor, with the entrance located on Quebec St.
How do I register and pay for classes or personal training?
Click on the Contact Us button on any of the pages, or access the contact form tab to send a message with the class or personal training you are interested in. Payment is accepted via e-transfer or cash at this time. Payment must be received to hold your spot.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. In order to maintain organization and simplicity, there are no refunds, no pro rating, and no carry-overs. See Cancelation Policy page for further details.
Do you offer childminding?
Childminding is not offered, and we encourage you to make an effort to arrange care for your children before coming to classes or training. Small children and infants cannot be brought to classes or training as their safety may be at risk.
