At Trainer Jen's Fitness you'll find a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule. Book your spot now!

Step and Sculpt

Step and Sculpt is an energetic and dynamic workout that combines the best of cardio and strength training for a full-body burn. Using steps for heart-pumping cardio and progressive strength training combined with core intervals, using dumbbells, resistance bands and a variety of other equipment, this class is designed to keep you engaged and challenged. Step and Sculpt delivers serious results in a super fun format that’s perfect for all fitness levels. Get ready to step up your game and sculpt a stronger, fitter you!

Zoom Bootcamp

NO CLASS MAY 20TH! M/W/F @ 6:15 a.m ($65)

Join our Zoom Bootcamp, the early morning class you can enjoy from the comfort of your home. Led by Trainer Jen, these live sessions are also recorded and posted in a private group, allowing you to access workouts at your convenience. Stay motivated and fit while working out from home! Outdoor Bootcamp Lunch Class
