Hi, I'm Trainer Jen! My journey into fitness started with my own 160-pound weight loss transformation in 2019. What began as a personal challenge turned into a passion for health and wellness.
In 2020, I discovered my love for fitness through outdoor bootcamp classes. Inspired by my journey, I took the leap to become a certified Personal Trainer. Helping others find the joy in fitness, supporting them, and fostering positive changes became my mission.

Meet Instructor Jada

Hi! My name is Jada and I am a yoga instructor in Prince George. I started my yoga journey about 7 years ago with casual drop in classes and quickly realized this was something I wanted to be a permanent fixture in my life. To me, yoga brings a sense of connection and peace to my body and mind and is a form of moving meditation. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of incorporating yoga into your lifestyle and exploring the diverse range of styles that this practice offers. I was born and raised in Prince George and spend a lot of my time in the great outdoors with my dog and friends. I believe fresh and air and movement are the best medicines for the mind! I can't wait to share my yoga practice with you all!

As a Licensed Practical Nurse and holder of a Diploma in Instruction, coupled with certification as a Personal Trainer, Jocelyn brings a holistic approach to fitness. Recently overcoming a personal setback, Jocelyn underwent surgery for a torn ACL, further deepening her understanding of resilience and perseverance. Her journey continued with her remarkable transformation, shedding 40 pounds, igniting a fervent belief in the power of mindset over fleeting goals. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Adult Education, Jocelyn's commitment to continuous learning underscores her dedication to empowering others. With Jocelyn, it's not just about sculpting bodies; it's about nurturing a mindset shift towards sustainable wellness, ensuring lasting transformation and fulfillment.
